The quirky store owner Katharina Wallner leads a lonely life between old movie posters and props. Her landlord Heinz Ortner wants to demolish the house, but Wallner refuses to close the store. With the help of his caretaker Ortner tries to make her life a living hell by bullying, until he is found dead in the yard.
